It's the work of BMW M Performance.
These styling upgrades are also available separately via the BMW M Performance options list and have been developed alongside the standard vehicle to add a bit of extra visual punch compared to the standard M240i. With a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine, it generates 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque.
The auto includes a set of 19-inch alloy wheels, a carbon fiber spoiler, carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber tailpipes, black kidney grilles, M Performance side skirt decals, and an M Performance steering wheel.
Regardless or transmission or drive choice, the M240i can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.4 seconds, while top speed is electronically capped at 250 km/h (155 mph).

BMW unveiled this week the new "M Performance Edition" of its M240i model. Starting with the engine, the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine now produces 340 horsepower and sprints to 62 miles per hour in just 4.4 seconds. But be warned: all-wheel drive means you're stuck with the automatic.
No UK prices have been revealed, but order books for the M240i M Performance will open in July. Well, on the outside, the special edition model will be fitted with air guides, splitter, and a black grille. Carbon fiber outside mirror caps and the side sill attachments with foiled M Performance inscription round off the dynamic appearance of the BMW M240i M Performance Edition. Inside, the changes are equally mild - the Performance Edition receives a grippy Alcantara steering wheel, along with some carbon fibre trim pieces.
The interior does not have a special plaque or extra accessories from the range, so you are ready to go when ticking boxes on the optional extras catalog by M Performance parts is involved.
