Apple launches 10.5-inch iPad Pro and updated 12.9-inch iPad Pro

Kaby Lake was the chip of the day for Apple, appearing in the latest versions of the iMac, MacBook, and MacBook Pro. Nothing to get too excited about, but Apple has been inconsistent with keeping up with the industry, so this is a good step.

Yes, it's a powerful system - the baseline systems ship with a 27-inch 500-nit 5K display and eight-core Intel Xeon processors, and 18-core systems can be configured.

Graphics are driven by the new AMD Radeon Vega GPU with up to 16 GB of on-package HBM2 memory and performance of up to 11 teraflops (single precision). The new 12.9 inch iPad Pro is available in space gray, silver, and gold colors with prices starting at $799 for the 64GB Wi-Fi only and $929 for the 64GB Cellular model. The chip will be used in the new iPad Pro tablet.

Luka Modric believes Real Madrid will dominate European football for some time
Real were lucky not to be a goal behind in the opening period of the game as Juventus dominated. I'm very happy , it has been an incredible season.

The new iPad Pro models can be ordered starting today from Apple.com and will be released to customers next week. There's two new 21.5-inch iMacs, but its the new 27-inch model that's going to be of most interest to Digital Arts readers. The desktop computer is getting brighter displays, faster processors and more ports to use it with external displays and hard drives.

It's also powered by a faster chip, called the A10 X. Apple said its performance is 30 percent faster than previous iPads, and visuals perform 40 percent better than in the past. A new full-sized Smart Keyboard has been custom designed for the 10.5-inch iPad Pro, offering a thin yet durable keyboard that never needs to be charged or paired over Bluetooth and is easily foldable into a protective Smart Cover. It also features support for 1 billion colours. The 5K iMac Retina starts at $1,800.

Apple's WWDC always brings big news, but the hardware upgrades came fast and furious this time around, including major improvements across the board for Apple's entire iMac line, complete with a new iMac Pro, putting Apple's Mac Pro workstation-class desktop into the iconic iMac form-factor. The big 27” iMac gets Radeon Pro 570/ 575 or 580 with up to 8GB of VRAM. The 13-inch MacBook Air also got a faster processor in a rare update. That's as well as the SD card slot, something power-users have been seriously annoyed at Apple dropping from the MacBook Pro lately - and a quartet of USB 3.1 Type-A ports. These Macs are up on Apple.com today. The iMac Pro is the only exception and that's really thanks its Space Gray coat of paint. The rear cameras are capable of 4K video recording, while the front-facing cameras will manage 1080p.
