President Donald Trump is about to deliver remarks in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Speaking in Cincinnati, Ohio, President Donald Trump pledged to rebuild the nation's infrastructure using American labor and materials.
The speech came a day before former FBI Director James Comey's testimony to Congress Thursday and as the White House faces new allegations about possible efforts by the president to influence the investigation into potential ties between his campaign and Russian Federation.
The president planned to host governors and mayors at the White House on Thursday to discuss the use of tax dollars for infrastructure projects. He spoke before a crowd at Rivertowne Marina.
The White House has yet to outline specifics of the infrastructure plan, which it hopes to achieve largely through public-private partnerships.
"The American people deserve the best infrastructure anywhere in the world", said Trump.
Once Trump reached the venue for his infrastructure remarks, he again veered off script.
