Brogdon and Saric were unanimous choices for the All-Rookie team.
The news was reported by Ben Golliver on Twitter.
Brogdon, the lowest pick to win the award (No. 36 in 2016) since 1957, averaged 10.2 points, 4.2 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 75 games (28 starts) for playoff qualifier Milwaukee.
Brogdon averaged 10.2 points, 4.2 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game this past season.
"I want to say, this is a testament to guys that are underestimated", Brogdon said during his acceptance speech at the inaugural NBA Awards show on Monday night.

"These developments mean lenders have less capacity to absorb losses, either with income or capital buffers", the Bank said. While warning about the pace of credit expansion, Carney said it was still in line with increases in gross domestic product.
Brogdon was announced as the Rookie of the Year during the first NBA Awards show, televised from NY on TNT. He averaged 8.2 points and 7.0 rebounds in just 18.2 minutes per game while leading all rookies with 11 double-doubles this season.
Antetokounmpo, who was also named to the All-NBA Second Team in May, averaged career highs in both blocks (1.9) and steals (1.6) per game during the 2016-17 season, which ranked sixth and 11th in the NBA respectively.
"I think he should be Rookie of the Year, for what he has done being drafted in the second round", said Bucks head coach Jason Kidd, according to Charles F. Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Ferrell is the only player on either team to have gone undrafted. He is the first non-first-round pick to win the award in the common draft era. The first team featured a record four global players, topping the previous mark of three.
But Embiid appeared in fewer than 40 percent of the Sixers' games and less than 20 percent of the team's total minutes during the 2016-17 campaign.
Also on the first team were Cameroon center Joel Embiid of the 76ers with 82 first-team votes, Sacramento Kings guard Buddy Hield of the Bahamas with 63 first team votes and New York Knicks center Willy Hernangomez of Spain with 44 first team votes. The first senior wasn't chosen until the 29th overall pick, second-to-last in the first round.
