Identified only as Jane Doe, the woman claims that she had two sexual encounters with Usher. The original lawsuit published by Radar Online alleged that the woman was diagnosed with herpes after sleeping with Usher, as the R & B legend thought it was just an "infection".

The new filing, by a Jane Doe, says she and Usher got together in Atlanta on April 16 at her home.

The woman claims that Usher didn't tell her that he had herpes before the pair hooked up three months ago. He allegedly had "green discharge" coming from his penis at one time, but was later labeled an "asymptomatic carrier" of the sexually-transmitted disease. In the documents, she says there was some heavy petting, some kissing, and she performed oral sex on him. The plaintiff was eventually diagnosed with herpes after suffering from vaginal sores, fevers and chills, she alleged in papers.

The second lady, who said she had seen the earlier report, did not say she was infected, but that she is concerned because she was "exposed" to the virus.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War Comic-Con Trailer Reveals Spidery Shelob
Monolith Productions and Warner Bros. have confirmed that the ancient spider Shelob will be in Middle-Earth: Shadow of War . While Celebrimbor clearly doesn't care, Talion still wants to help his fellow human Rangers of Gondor.

Nevertheless, she is suing "U.R. IV" - Usher Raymond IV - for negligence, battery and emotional distress and is seeking at least $10 million in damages.

An affidavit from the complainant states that the singer nonetheless engaged in unprotected intercourse without first disclosing the affliction.

Usher reportedly has been hit with a $10 million lawsuit by another woman who claims the R&B superstar allegedly exposed to an STD without telling her.

Usher - who has been married to Grace Miguel for two years since September 2015 - had two sexual encounters with his accuser according to the new lawsuit.
