An 18-wheeler containing DiGiorno and Tombstone frozen pizzas toppled over, spilling the pies everywhere and causing an Arkansas highway to shut down for hours on Wednesday.

"It made for some very slick conditions, believe it or not", Straessle said. While thankfully no humans were injured in the accident, it's a true tragedy for all frozen pizza-lovers out there. There were no injuries.

Arkansas DoT spokesperson Danny Straessle jokingly reported "lots of pizza fatalities" following the incident.

It left a carriageway smeared with a topping few would order - tomato sauce, cheese and diesel fuel.
