Mo Farah & Usain Bolt prepare for final events

Gatlin spoils Bolt's farewell in 100m with remarkable gold

IAAF World Championships Athletes Beaten By Food Poisioning

Usain Bolt started the final countdown to his retirement by guiding Jamaica through to the 4x100m relay final at the World Championships.

Gatlin was booed every time he was introduced to the crowd at the London Stadium at the weekend, with spectators also jeering once it was clear that the 2004 Olympic champion had won 100m gold and ruined the retiring Bolt's farewell.

The GB men, featuring Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake who finished fourth in the 200m, ran the nation's second fastest time ever of 37.76 behind heat winners and fastest qualifiers United States of America who clocked 37.70.

Usain Bolt finished third in the 100 metres final earlier in the World Champs, in what was his final individual race. The contrast was also striking between the walkabout that had the right Bolt, and the output nearly on the sly and under the whistles of Gatlin, which has put an end to an unbeaten 9 years of Jamaican big competition.

The British women's four recorded a season's best time of 41.93 in finishing second behind U.S. who ran 41.84. We greet each other most cordially before the race, we have known each other for years.

At least Usain Bolt could cushion the blow of British mediocrity, the hype of his last 100 metres race on Saturday night reaching levels of Steve Cram suggesting that Farah is a 'one-man world super power'.

Nearly all of Bolt's money comes from endorsements, including deals with Puma, Sprint, and Advil, Forbes says.

Also, there have been several disappointing performances elsewhere, not least yesterday when women's sprint hurdles defending champion Miss Danielle Williams was eliminated in the semi-final. Not one, but two overlooked and underappreciated Americans - Justin Gatlin and Christian Coleman - withstood what was once Bolt's undeniable late charge. Bolt routinely slowed down before crossing the finish line.

Akshay Kumar's Toilet: Ek Prem Katha opens on a good note!
The film is not an usual concept for Bollywood, which makes the odds of the film doing well in the box office could be a concern. Toilet: Ek Prem Katha traces Keshav ( Akshay Kumar ) and Jaya's ( Bhumi Pednekar ) love story, which has a social message.

Bolt still has one more chance to go out with a bang, as he's expected to anchor Jamaica's 4x100 relay at the World championships on Saturday.

"For me it's hard to be sad because the energy I'm getting from the crowd is brilliant, I'm just happy".

"I'm excited to just live normally and get up and know that I have no training for once and can do what I want". They said if you come back we should accept that. "Yohan Blake is coming in for the final is definitely good".

'We have been training that relay, there were some camps.

The women's 4x400m team of Zoey Clark, Laviai Nielson, Perri Shakes-Drayton and Emily Diamond qualified in second from their heat.

Completing the final lineup were the Netherlands, featuring twice 200m champion Dafne Schippers, and 2015 bronze medallists Trinidad and Tobago.

Felix has won 14 medals at the world championships and can move up to 16 if she runs the 4x400 relay and the United States win medals in both events.
