Child welfare is reportedly concerned for the safety of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's daughter Dream.

Last weekend, Chyna kept busy flexing her mommy duties with kids King Cairo and Dream. However, Kardashian's famous family believes that Chyna may not be responsible enough to handle parenting Dream alone due to previous drug allegations.

The estranged couple began their legal battle after Kardashian shared NSFW photos of Chyna on social media in July. This "source" is obviously Chyna herself, as she has a cozy relationship with the gossip mag. reports that the Department has gone to L.A. County Dependency Court so a judge can determine if Dream is safe. They are said to be closer to a deal on that front as well. We're told there's something more problematic ... child support.

The executive branch of the state government granted Chyna a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend over the summer after the reality star and Arthur Sock designer posted explicit images of the Lashed Bar owner on Instagram and Twitter.
