Authorities say 30-year-old Greg Feldman's body was found Monday night in Schuylkill Township, inside his parked auto.
The Montgomery County head prosecutor's office had declared a $1,000 compensate for data prompting the misgiving of Feldman.
Amy Hermann, 48, told detectives she was speaking with her daughter, Rebecca, when Feldman came to the door of their home along Long Meadow Road around noon Friday, according to court documents. That's when authorities say he pulled a gun from his pocket and shot her twice.
Bullets struck Amy Hermann in the chest and neck.
Witnesses reported Feldman left the scene in a black 2016 Mazda 6 sedan, license plate KFC 4605.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said Feldman is believed to be armed and is unsafe as he remains on the run. Rebecca Hermann said Feldman answered the phone and demanded to speak with her.

The victim 's daughter told police that she later called her mother's cell phone, which Feldman answered.
"After firing the shot, Feldman took a step into the house, dropped the backpack he was carrying and then took the victim's cellphone", Morris alleged. Feldman then said "I have something for Becca", removed a long-barreled handgun from his trousers pocket and shot several times at Amy Hermann, hitting her twice before stepping into the house and taking her cellphone, according to police.
