Dolphins coach Chris Foerster steps down after video of him snorting cocaine emerges

Kijuana Nige, a model who says Foerster used her as "his cocaine platter" during their "month-and-a-half, nearly two months" in a relationship together, says her motive for posting the video of Foerster snorting what appears to be cocaine was to prove a larger point.

It is unclear how old the video is or where it originated from.

Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reported that Dolphins management was already aware of the video's existence and was in the process of taking the necessary steps to address the situation, according to sources.

Gase did say having a fresh set of eyes on the coaching staff could be a benefit.

"I have nothing negative to say about coach Foerster", Smith said. We had some good conversations, just talking about some of the things we both experienced.

DeGuglielmo is replacing Chris Foerster as the team's offensive line coach.

DeGuglielmo served as the Patriots offensive line coach in 2014 and 2015. "Although Chris is no longer with the organization, we will work with him to get the help he needs during this time".

Gase was asked later Wednesday if he believed Foerster's apparent drug problem was limited to just him. "He's always been a guy that just put his head down and worked, he's here at 4 in the morning, worked as hard as he could for us".

In tough times, Gase said he is leaning on lessons he learned from his father, Art, and Alabama coach Nick Saban, who gave Gase his first coaching job as an assistant at LSU in 2000. I hate to see it happening to him. "I'm still shocked by it".

Former Dolphins coach Chris Foerster was seen snorting a white powdery substance in a video.

Foerster has previously coached for the San Francisco 49ers, Washington's National Football League team and the Baltimore Ravens, among other teams. They planned an announcement later regarding his successor. He's a good coach to us. "But we'll rally. We'll find a way".
