Following Corden's original statement, Bennington's wife, Talinda, shared a statement of gratitude for the show's decision to leave it up to family and friends to decide to air the Linkin Park episode. During the episode, Bennington can be heard to say it was probably the greatest day of his life.

"We will approach it in whichever manner his family or the people that were involved in that episode, however they would like it to be handled".

Along with host Ken Jeong, Bennington, vocalist and producer Mike Shinoda, and DJ Joe Hahn sing a number of Linkin Park songs, including "Numb", "In the End" and "Talking to Myself", which appears on Linkin Park's latest album, One More Light.

Bennington, who was Linkin Park's lead singer, was found dead on July 20 at age 41.

'Breaking Bad' Fans Keep Throwing Pizza on Walter White's House
In the space of fifteen minutes, the news station counted at least ten tourists vying for pictures of the property. Walter White once threw a pizza pie onto the roof of his home.

"It feels like a band already". His death was ruled a suicide by hanging by the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

The Carpool Karaoke video, which was taped on July 14, begins with a message that reads, "With the blessing of Chester's family and his bandmates, we share this episode and dedicate it to the memory of Chester". All this after an amusing if slightly awkward pre-singing banter session in which Jeong declares his fanhood and tries to weasel his way into the band, which he plans to rechristen as "LinKen Park".

At the time of his death, Jeong expressed his condolences on Twitter, saying he was in shock and was heartbroken. The band has said they will donate all earnings generated from the concert to charity.
