The tablet is capable of tackling the rough conditions (including extreme pressures, temperatures, climates, shocks, and drops) due to its rugged build quality.

To note, the leaked renders of Samsung Galaxy A5 and A7 2018 do not show a LED flash at the back, but it was reported that OnLeaks only forgot to include the feature in the renders. As we mentioned, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 also supports an S-Pen stylus that allows for a precise and natural handwriting or drawing experience.

The S Pen comes with an integrated slot placed on the top of the case. Coming to the optics, the Galaxy Tab Active 2 has been equipped with an 8-megapixel primary camera and 5-megapixel front camera.

The new tablet also gets a fingerprint scanner embedded in the front home button. Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus (64GB variant) were launched at Rs 57,900 and Rs 64,900 respectively making it a price cut of Rs 4,000 and Rs 6,000 effectively.

We have designed the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 with feedback from our users and partners in mind. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos Series 9 processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage. However, there is a possibility that both Galaxy A5 and A7 will be using Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset in selected market locations.
