School girl who jumped off her school building following alleged harassment by teachers succumbed to injuries on Monday.
Gauri, a class 10 student at the Trinity Lyceum School, had jumped off the building on Friday. It is said that the girl was involved in a tiff with classmates of her younger sister, who studies in class 8.
The girl had been on ventilator support at Thiruvananthapuram Ananthapuri hospital and her condition had become critical.

Zubair, who is Haseena Parkar's son-in-law, had stated that Salman Khan had threatened to beat him up and called him a dog. According to Shabnam, Salman's bodyguard Shera called her to convince Zubair to take back the complaint.
It turned into clashes when the protesters started pelting stones at the school building after breaking the barricades. The relatives have told police that she was reportedly scolded by the teachers for picking up a fight with other class mates.
She got into a heated argument with the teachers, following which her parents met the school authorities and threatened to file a complaint against the teachers. Later, she was transferred to a specialty hospital in Thiruvananthapuram.
The Kollam West Police had registered a case against two teachers identified as Crescent and Sindhu of the school near Thankasseri in connection with the incident. The police, however, say that there are two versions of the incident. The cadres of the Kerala Students Union (KSU) and Students Federation of India (SFI) staged protests in front of the school.
