New accuser: Weinstein pulled out my tampon and forced oral sex

Mimi Gloria Allred

A former production assistant says Harvey Weinstein assaulted her

At a press conference Tuesday, Allred introduced Mimi Haleyi, a former production assistant who says she met the mogul at the 2004 premiere of The Aviator.

She says she ultimately complied and he then asked if he could perform oral sex on her.

The former aspiring filmmaker then said she went to the hotel where his production company was setup in France and was taken to the room, without an assistant. Haleyi said no. Finally she told him she was on her period, and "please stop". She said she declined and suggested he call the front the desk for a professional masseuse before leaving.

"Harvey asked if I'd give him a massage. I would not have wanted anyone to do that with me even if the person had been a romantic partner". "I remember Harvey afterwards rolling over on to his back and saying, 'Don't you feel we're so much closer to each other now?'"

When Weinstein's driver picked her up, Haleyi says there was a copy of the New York Post in the auto with a photo of Weinstein in Paris with his then-girlfriend and now-estranged wife, Georgina Chapman, which made her wonder if "he had strategically placed" it there to make her jealous that she did not agree to go on the trip.

Haleyi said Weinstein came on to her several other times before the alleged attack. Sensing the trip was "romantic" in nature, Haleyi said she declined the offer.

Ms Allred said the allegation may fall outside of the time limit required by law for a prosecution in the state but said her client would aid police with their inquiries.

Officer injured, 2 others shot in Lake County
He tells San Francisco's KPIX-TV that Ashmore had spent time in prison and had been arrested several times locally. But the motive behind the shootings remains a mystery, Lake County District Attorney Don Anderson told ABC News.

On Thursday, Actress Ashley Judd, whose story led off the explosive October 5 New York Times story, will give her first interview since the scandal broke. "At that time, I was crying because I felt humiliated".

"I said, 'I am on my period".

After another allegedly "normal conversation" a few days later, she said Weintein asked her to accompany him on a private plane to Paris, where he said he'd put her up in the Ritz Carlton. While the statute of limitations-five years for sexual assault in New York-has passed, Allred believes the account to be relevant for future investigations into Weinstein.

"Mr. Weinstein appears to have reached a new low in what he did", Allred said. Numerous women have claimed Weinstein used his physical size to overpower or intimidate women into performing or receiving sex acts.

Since the start of this month, Weinstein has faced numerous allegations of harassment and sexual abuse.

Dozens of women have accused Weinstein of sexual assault and harassment, including Angleina Jolie, Minka Kelly, Rose McGowan and Ashley Judd.
