Dareus may not remedy those issues all by himself, but his arrival should help shore up some leaky spots in the front seven as the Jaguars attempt to fortify their ascendant defense and try to clinch their first postseason berth since 2007.

After months of trying to deal Marcell Dareus, the Buffalo Bills finally found a willing trade partner.

The Buffalo Bills parted ways with one of their most talented and highest-paid players on Friday by trading defensive tackle Marcell Dareus to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jacksonville ranks sixth in total defense and second in passing defense, but 31st against the run.

He also is reunited with former Bills and current Jaguars coach Doug Marrone.

Migos, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B release new track 'MotorSport'
The " Bodak Yellow " rapper came out to spit a few bars from her verse as well as serve relationship goals with her bae, Offset . Rather than continuing the momentum, it serves as a synopsis for Migos' 2017 as well as that of guests Cardi B and Nicki Minaj .

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the pick can bump up to a fifth-rounder based on Dareus' performance, but even that seems like a steal for a two-time Pro Bowler.

The trade ends a tumultuous tenure for Dareus in Buffalo. The 27-year-old, who signed a six-year, $96 million contract in 2015, was named to the Pro Bowl in 2013 and 2014 while playing for Marrone. The guaranteed money tipped in at $60 million, bringing a large price tag along with him. But he has been suspended twice by the National Football League and at least once by new coach Sean McDermott. He has appeared in five games this year and made just three starts, having racked up just eight tackles and a sack to this point.

Burfict avoided a suspension, but this marked the 10th time he has been disciplined by the league - resulting in more than $2.6 million that the linebacker has had to pay.

"I used a figure of speech that was never meant to be taken literally", McNair said.
