The news comes from her recent visit on The Ellen Degeneres Show, where she talks about her baby shower from this past weekend and how her oldest child, North West, wanted all the toys for her little sister to be put in her room.
Kim made the accidental revelation on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show, while talking about how four-year-old North is coping with the fact that she'll have another sibling soon.
She added to Women's Wear Daily: "I don't know if it's something she would really want to do. but it's always a struggle on how much you want to have exposed or how much access you want them to have to social media".
"People brought toys and gifts, and [North] was opening them all up the next day", she said. "So I said to my sisters, 'Would I be really creepy if I just had someone dress up like a big stork and drop the baby off at the front door?" Multiple sources confirmed to Us in September that the couple, who share North and son Saint, 23 months, have a baby girl on the way.
