The film also stars Malin Akerman (Watchmen) as Claire Wyden, the nefarious mastermind behind the experiment that created the altered alpha predators; Marley Shelton (Pleasantville) as a scientist and astronaut; and Joe Manganiello (True Blood) as Burke, the leader of a private military group.
