The twosome join forces with deputy Bobby Reid, Broadway's Andrew Keenan-Bolger (TUCK EVERLASTING, NEWSIES, MARY POPPINS), to investigate their main suspect, Logan (Richard Armitage). Ben Percy will write the script for the show, which will feature Richard Armitage (The Hobbit) as the voice of Logan.

While Hugh Jackman is hanging up his claws as Wolverine in the film franchise, it seems the prolific Marvel character can't stay out of the spotlight.

"Podcasting is an incredible, intimate medium that's ideal for telling stories, and I can't think of a better partner with whom to push the boundaries of scripted podcasts than Marvel", Erik Diehn, chief executive officer of Midroll Media, Stitcher's parent company, said in a statement to Mashable. Marvel has dabbled in audio books based on comics before, but this is a bit higher profile - begging comparisons to Serial and drawing in Hollywood acting talent.

"Wolverine: The Long Night" will premiere on Stitcher Premium in Spring 2018, before making a jump to all podcast platforms in Fall 2018.

Suns: Devin Booker out 2-3 weeks
Booker is one of the few reasons to watch the team play as now constructed because he's blossoming into an offensive star. Booker also is tied with LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo with the most 30-point games this season with ten .

Along with the news, Percy detailed the intent of writing Wolverine: The Long Night and what exactly the story will entail. Logan showed that Wolverine is defined more by his trauma than his role as a superhero, making him the flawless character to test the waters of a comic character outside of a visual medium. In addition to the crime investigation into the serial killer on the loose, there are also elements of the fantastic.

Other performers who will appear on the show are Zoe Chao, Chaske Spencer, Bob Balaban, Jordan Bridges, Scott Adsit, David Call, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Michael J. Burg, Lannon Killea, and Chris Gethard. Chloe Prasinos, who was formerly a producer for Gilmet's "Reply All", will oversee sound design. On top of that, they're hoping the finished product is just the beginning of an interconnected Marvel Podcast Universe.

Marvel is already dominating in the box office, and now they're trying to break into the world of scripted podcasts with Wolverine: The Long Night.
