According to reports, 49-year-old Marcia Eubank is accused of killing and dismembering her husband, Howard L. Eubank back in June.

Barry confirmed that multiple containers were removed from the couple's Linda Street home Saturday.

Howard's co-workers claimed they received a suspicious text from Howard's phone where he claimed he was moving to Texas on June 18.

Police were called to the Eubank house in Coventry Township, Ohio, when the Eubank's 23-year-old son discovered what he thought were human remains in plastic containers.

The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office provided a tentative identification for the remains, which were deteriorated, authorities said. She was arrested Saturday without incident in a Walmart parking lot. She graduated Green High School in 1987, according to her Facebook page.

"What they told me, he moved to Texas with his buddy because she (Marcia) told him to either quit drinking or leave", neighbor Bill Channell said.

Marcia admitted shooting and killing her husband in the back of the head on June 13, authorities told News 5 Cleveland. The sheriff's office also reported that Eubank's autopsy remains ongoing, but it is believed he was shot several times. The Summit County Sheriff's Office did not respond to a request for more information.

Barry said he "really [couldn't] go into" why Marcia had kept the body parts in her home for months, according to CBS News.

Eubank worked for a local nursing home until 2013. Sheriff Steve Barry said it appears the texts were sent by Howard's wife. Marcia told the same story to one of their sons, and to Howard's employer of 11 years. She was set to appear in court again Wednesday.
