Amazon WILL Now Sell Chromecast And Apple TV

Hear that? That's the sound of Apple TV and Google Chromecast making their way back to Amazon's store shelves after a two-year absence.

While the product is identified as being sold by Apple, sources tell it is being sold through a third-party reseller, as is the entire Apple product line. That said, the first move to break the ice might have been done by Apple itself after it made a decision to offer Amazon Prime Video on Apple TV.

In a statement to several publications Thursday morning, Amazon noted that the Google Cast streaming pucks will now be available for purchase through the online retailer.

Amazon's about-face comes just a week after Amazon Prime Video arrived on Apple TV.

Osweiler's 3 TDs lift Broncos over Colts
But as the teams prepare for the future, Osweiler made his case to be in the mix for the Broncos quarterback job next season. Osweiler's 54-yard touchdown pass to Jeff Heuerman was even the Broncos' longest play on offense this season.

The recent Google Chromecast listing could be a way to ease tensions between the tech giants. Just over a week ago, Google yanked YouTube support from the Amazon Fire TV as well as from the Amazon Echo Show for the second time. The company did not immediately return a request for comment about Amazon's decision.

"We've been trying to reach agreement with Amazon to give consumers access to each other's products and services", a Google spokesperson told Engadget last week.

Right now, there are product listings for two Chromecasts and three Apple TVs: the 32GB and 64GB versions of the Apple TV 4K, as well as the regular 4th-generation Apple TV, the Google Chromecast, and Google Chromecast Ultra. It intensified this fall, when Google began to block YouTube on Amazon's new Echo Show smart speaker with built-in display - a move that was ostensibly about Amazon violating YouTube's terms of service. It's now unclear if the change will push Google to resume YouTube support on Amazon's devices.

In 2015, the Google devices were removed as they directly competed with Amazon's own Fire TV lineup.
