Mesut Ozil eyeing Man United move if he leaves Arsenal

Arsenal Superstar Mesut Ozil Tells Friends He Favours Manchester United Move Over Barcelona Transfer

Ozil's agent gives Barca a two week deadline

Arsene Wenger has revealed Arsenal's defeat to Manchester United still plays on his players' minds and also admitted that it takes a while to "swallow" after the manner in which they were forced to settle for nothing at the Emirates on 2 December.

"At the moment I think everything goes for them inside the games, but maybe as well they have the quality to turn it in their favour".

Ozil, Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez are all out of contract in the summer, while Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott have been linked with January moves in order to get more playing time.

The same story says that Ozil has already rejected the offer of a new contract worth £235,000 a week at Arsenal.

Wenger believes that their 3-1 home loss to Man United has deflated his side's morale, which explains the subsequent draws against Southampton and West Ham United.

"I don't know what will happen in five or six months but I wish that Ozil and Sanchez will extend their contracts".

Arsenal have a good chance to return to winning ways against the Magpies who have not won in their past eight league outings. "As long as you don't score your first goal it's hard, because they don't come out".

"But with the manager and players we have, we can definitely sort things out". So we have to create a situation that makes the game attractive.
