Interestingly, Ronaldo was the only player to make it to the team from the top 10 most expensive players of all time.
Cristiano Ronaldo made his 12 appearance in the team, alongside five other Real Madrid players. His team-mate Sergio Ramos received the most votes with 588,315.
Two Premier League players have been named in the 2017 UEFA Team of the Year - but both Harry Kane and David de Gea missed out.
