Auburn, coincidentally, is the only team that beat the Tide in their title-winning season. Now it wants a piece of Alabama. A billboard has gone up in Tuscaloosa, allegedly paid for by UCF fans and it's sure to be noticed.

The sign reads, "Congratulations Alabama!"

Alabama hasn't played a non-conference home-and-home series since facing off with Penn State in 2010 and 2011.

UCF is famously claiming a national championship for its undefeated 2017 season and Peach Bowl win over Auburn.

Mr Ponticello also thanked the "saviours" who risked their lives to pull Annabelle and Jessica from the inferno. He also spoke about the love between his sister and brother-in-law: "They are together and always will be".

Barakett said the original idea was to put a billboard in Atlanta, where the national championship game was held Monday. UCF finished the season 13-0 and were ranked 6th in the final College Football Playoff Standings. Head coach Scott Frost left the school to coach at Nebraska, which is his alma mater. The Colley Matrix, which was one of the six computer formulas used in the BCS, instead ended the season with undefeated UCF as the No. 1 team. "Doesn't mean anything to anybody but them". Rick Scott issued a proclamation declaring the Knights as national champions as well.

Alabama was voted the number 1 team in the final AP college football rankings after beating Georgia in Monday night's champion ship game, receiving 57 of the 61 first-place votes.

If UCF and Alabama played this year, the Tide would've been favorites, as they are against every team they play.
