For higher education, State Education Minister and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said that new campuses will be built under existing Universities.

He said whichever department digs up roads in the city will have to fix it irrespective of the land-owning agency. Kejriwal said that measure like landscaping to be adopted to curb pollution.

He said that there will be a massive investment in the next one year on construction and fix of roads. "But, we are repairing roads and landscaping those roads over 100 feet in width", he said.

Kejriwal and Sisodia pointed out the achievements of the Government over the three years along with future goals and obstacles they had to face over the years. He said that 164 mohalla clinics are already running in Delhi and land selection has been done for 786 more such clinics. He termed the "inability to spend the funds the biggest governance failure" and claimed that it was because the "AAP government lost its focus on development in its bid to blame the LG and Centre over various issues". It was in response to a question from a caller from Seemapuri that Mr. Kejriwal said the mohalla clinics project would be completed in six to nine months. "We would install 3,000 more beds by next financial year", he added.

On the occasion of completion of three years of the Kejriwal government, Delhi Congress released a book titled "Three years Delhi Behal".
