One new feature it will be adding is My Nintendo Gold Points, with the company explaining how these Gold Points are redeemable for eligible digital games and DLC. Gold points will be applied on checkout on the eShop or on Nintendo's website. You're not the only one - it appeared that the Switch was resetting how much time had been spent playing games since on or before March 2, 2017. So, if players are trying to rack up points, make sure to double check what the Nintendo eShop is selling the game for.

Back in February, Nintendo announced that My Nintendo users would be able to purchase titles on the Wii U, 3DS, and Switch eShop using gold points starting sometime this month.
