Danny Boyle will direct the next 'James Bond' movie

The 61-year-old Scottish director is working on the script for the 25th 007 movie which will likely be Daniel Craig's last outing as Commander Bond.

So, when that's in the can, he says, "Then Bond would be right at the end of the year".

Boyle says the two are "working on a script at the moment".

John Hodge, with whom he worked on the Trainspotting films, is working on the Bond 25 script. Craig has played James Bond in the last 4 films of the franchise, which were made by different directors and now, he will be seen collaborating with Boyle. "It all depends on how it turns out".
