Matt Damon is moving his family to Australia - in part because the liberal star's fed up with President Trump. Damon took the fam to Australia last April, when they hung out with the Hemsworth clan and endured a medical emergency after Damon's daughter Stella was stung by a jellyfish.

Damon has four children with his wife, Luciana Barroso. Celebrated cellist Yo-Yo Ma will visit the Cambridge campus to give a lecture dubbed "Yo-Yo Ma: Culture, Understanding and Survival".

Earlier reports from New York Post newspaper's Page Six column suggested that Matt - who has daughters Isabella, 11, Gia, nine, and Stella, seven, as well as a stepdaughter with his wife Luciana Barroso - has apparently made a decision to buy a property in Byron Bay, New South Wales down the road from Chris. Overall, precious few actually did make the move to avoid the tenure of President Donald Trump, but one fella does appear to have had enough: Matt Damon.

However, Damon's publicist has said that these recent reports are completely false and that the actor is not moving his family to Australia.

In the aftermath of the 2016 United States presidential election, a veritable fucktonne of Americans voiced their desire to emigrate.

"Matt's saying the move will not impact his work-as he will travel to wherever his projects are shooting", per the source.

The anonymous source added that Damon is looking for "a safe place to raise his kids".

Matt Damon's apparently going down under, and it's all President Trump's fault. In February 2017, Damon criticized Trump's plan for a border wall in an interview with People, according to The Huffington Post.

Page Six also reports that Matt has already bought property out in Australia, but his rep, Jennifer Allen, told The Boston Globe otherwise.
