Alia Bhatt has been shooting for the forthcoming "Brahmastra" in Bulgaria and BizAsiaLive.com has learnt that she's been advised to rest after she injured herself during the shoot. She has injured her right shoulder and arm. She suffered from severe shoulder and arms injuries and has been advised to take bed rest. But, with the actress out of action, the team may have to reschedule their plans.
The "Brahmastra" team was supposed to wrap up the shoot in Bulgaria and return to Mumbai by the end of March.
The Indian media reports citing a source stated "The team was shooting for a scene when Alia fell and hurt herself".

The Karan Johar production, the first in a trilogy, also features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead opposite Alia. The actress has got blood clots in her arms too.
According to reports, director Ayan Mukerji along with the "Brahmastra" team are putting together a surprise party to make the day special for her, especially since it's a milestone for her and also as she is away from home.
