SEGA have announced that it will bringing their line of Sega Ages games to the Switch in 2018. The studio was also involved in other retro re-releases from Sega. As such, we prefer to treat these revelations as rumors until the Pokemon Company itself confirms these details regarding the Pokemon Nintendo Switch game.The last Pokemon game to be released was Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, which was released on the Nintendo 3DS. For instance, the Sega Ages version of Sonic the Hedgehog will include the super-obscure Mega Play arcade version, and Phantasy Star will add new difficulty settings, an updated save system, and more. At the time it first made this announcement, the Sega Ages initiative was only confirmed for Japan, but today, Sega revealed that titles in the series will be coming to North America and Europe as well.
