We're informed by an unidentified narrator - who seems to be the game's protagonist, Walker - that Rage 2's world is a post-apocalyptic wasteland that is now being fought over by various factions.
"Dive headfirst into a dystopian world devoid of society, law, and order".
If you were disappointed that Monday's Rage 2 reveal didn't feature any glimpses of the game, then I have some good news for you: Tuesday's brought the goods. Rage 2 is being developed by Doom and Quake Champions studio Id Software in collaboration with Mad Max and Just Cause hitmaker Avalanche Studios. Back from the dead and ready to get its rock 'n roll on, RAGE 2 might just be the most unlikeliest resurrection of 2018.
The leaks are over and now Bethesda has started revealing all things RAGE 2.
The House That Jack Built
The House That Jack Built is an uncompromising, barbaric, distressing watch, and one very hard to stomach. Matt Dillon takes the lead role of Jack , who has no problem with mutilating his victims.
There was no word on who is developing Rage 2 or what platforms were planned for the sequel, though the apparent accidental update to the sequel's official website has made those uncertain points clear.
After the recent leak, Bethesda finally and officially announced the upcoming sequel.
There are two places for you to check out the Rage 2 gameplay trailer when it hits. Thankfully we won't have to wait too long to find out. The company didn't share anything more, including a release date or platforms, though PC, PS4, and Xbox One seem like fair assumptions. In the meantime, we've got gameplay below, as well as bunch of screens (some of which came via Bethesda, the others we snapped ourselves from the trailer). Stay tuned as we are expecting a gameplay reveal and more details tomorrow.
