Due to the huge number of visitors, the official website www.dge.tn.gov.in may take time to open and some candidates may find it hard to check their TN Board 2018 HSC examinations result.

The 12th class examinations of the Tamil Nadu board have been conducted between 1st March 2018 and 16th April 2018. Some reports have also hinted that Tamil Nadu Education Minister KA Sengottaiyan will officially release the 12th Result 2018 Tamil Nadu.

As the results for Class 12 were declared on Wednesday, girls in Tamil Nadu faired better than the boys, with pass percentage of girls being 94.1 percent in comparison to boys whose pass percentage was 87.7 percent. As many as 8,98,763 students appeared in the HSC exams and almost 95 per cent will get their result through SMS as well. The girls have outperformed boys by securing 94.1%.

Last year, the results for the HSC +2 were announced on May 12, 2017.

The plus one results are scheduled to be released on May 30. Students can check the results for Intermediate/12 Class/HSC 1 Year and 2 Year results.
