Lenovo-owned Motorola has announced its latest budget smartphone in China - Moto 1S.
Going through the Moto 1S specs, the smartphones comes with a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
The Moto 1S has a rear dual-camera setup that has a 12-megappixel sensor with autofocus and f/1.8 aperture and a 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture.
Separately, Motorola is gearing up to launch the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play in India later this month as per a recent teaser.
The device is already available for purchase in China with a price tag of CNY1,499 ($235). The phone is priced at the RMB 1,499 (approximately Rs 15,900) and comes in two color variants, called Victoria Blue and Charlotte Powder. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM.

The Moto 1s s equipped with 64GB inbuilt storage, expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).
The only difference between the Moto G6 and the Moto 1s is the operating system.
On the front side, there's an 8-megapixel snapper and an LED flash for video calling and taking selfies. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based ZUI 3.5 out of the box.
A 3,000 mAh battery with fast charging support is at hand, while P2i nano-coating protects the internals from accidental water damage.
Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, Global Positioning System and USB Type-C. In terms of dimensions, the smartphone measures 154.5×72.3×8.3mm and weighs 168 grams.
