Nigeria Retains 47th Position In Latest FIFA Ranking

DAILY POST had reported that Nigeria moved up five places from 52nd penultimate month to 47th position last month.

The rankings coming ahead of the world cup also saw the Super Eagles group D opponents, Croatia, Iceland and Argentina remaining rooted in their previous position. Morocco (42) are fourth on the African list‚ followed by Egypt (46) and Nigeria (47).
