As promised by HMD's Chief Product Officer (Juho Sarvikas) the device is getting support for 4G VoLte through this new update.

Before this update has arrived the device only supports 4G VoLte through one SIM-card whereas on the other it was having support for 3G connectivity.

The Nokia 7 Plus was launched in India at Rs 25,999 while the Nokia 6 (2018) with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage went on sale priced at Rs 16,999. Now, the company seems to be delivering on its promise. Notably, the Nokia 6 (2018) is also receiving a similar OTA update (V2.22A) which also brings the May 2018 Android security patch. That said, it is missing the Face Unlock feature that was also promised during the launch of the smartphone. Users of the Nokia 7 Plus can check for the new update by diving to Settings Software Update. It features a 6-inch full HD+ (1080 x 2160) display, with an aspect ratio 18:9.

To recall the specifications of the Nokia & Plus, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC under the hood coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage space. Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1, Nokia 6.1, and the Nokia 7 Plus, Honor 10, Honor VIew 10 are some of the smartphones that support dual VoLte. Fueling the phone is a 3,800 mAh battery that also supports fast charging. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo flavor.

As for photography, you get dual-rear cameras with a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel secondary sensor. As most of the telecom providers have started to offer VoLte based voice calling, this is a nifty feature that one should consider on purchasing your next smartphone.
