For football fans, the announcement also carried huge news for those who are looking forward to the next Madden game.
Two years ago, EA launched EA Origin Access, a subscription program which gave PC players access to a large swath of EA's library for just $4.99 / £3.99 per month (or $29.99 / £19.99 when purchased in 12-month blocks).

The game does not now have a set release date at this time, though it is expected to arrive early 2019 on PlayStation 4. Three days have now passed in PlayStation's countdown to its E3 showcase on June 11.
EA is offering gamers a new PC subscription gaming option, Origin Access Premier, with the promise of all of the company's newest titles for a single monthly payment. One interesting piece of information that has been announced at EA Play 2018 is that Madden NFL 19 will be coming to PC. This functions the same as Xbox's Game Pass version that adds all first-party exclusives to the Game Pass for players to return to so long as they keep their subscription intact. The premium service will also include access to the full Origin Vault of previously-released titles for subscribers, as with the base Origin Access service. New subscribers who aren't now a member of an Origin Access plan will be able to get a seven day trial.
According to EA, this is a "new tier" of its PC gaming membership where subscribers can play full games such as Battlefield 5, Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Madden NFL 19, and Anthem before launch. Dive into the action starting February 15, 2019 for Origin Access Premier members.
