On Wednesday, breakfast restaurant chain IHOP announced that it was changing its name to IHOb - sparking a lot of debate, and some very amusing jokes, about what the "b" could possibly stand for. IHOP customers can look forward to such traditional classics as the "Big Brunch Burger" and the "Cowboy Burger".
The announcement immediately caused fans of the breakfast chain to go insane with speculation, with the most likely option for what the "b" could stand for being "breakfast". The "b" is for burgers. It is only a marketing campaign and IHOP isn't officially changing its name.
Rebelez is not anxious about people being disappointed.
Kanye West and Kid Cudi hold listening party for new album
Kid Cudi returned the favor and appeared on West's album 808's & Heartbreak as well as his recent track " Ghost Town" from ye. As Pitchfork reports, the record's closing song, "Cudi Montage", prominently samples Cobain's track "Burn The Rain".
How permanent is the name change? But most fans figured that it was just a way to get people talking.
America loves burgers, and IHOP wants to be a bigger player at lunch and dinner.
"@IHOb so are you still going to have pancakes and breakfast???" Why mess with a good thing?
It's worth noting that the company's website still lives at IHOP.com. Not really, Rebelez said. Other locations will have IHOb signs inside.
