It's not the first time Farrah has faced arrest. Per the report, the reality star allegedly struck an employee during an argument.
She began sobbing uncontrollably and seemingly was yelling "I'm not resisting" at the law enforcement. "A misunderstanding occurred and there was no battery or trespassing", the statement reads.
