Johnny Depp is being sued for allegedly punching location manager Gregg "Rocky" Brooks on the set of his upcoming film, "City of Lies".

Johnny was reportedly working with two of his friends on the scene in downtown Los Angeles when Rocky approached Johnny to tell him he was on a time crunch. Brooks says he believes Depp had been "drinking and using drugs throughout the day on set". According to the suit, Brooks still didn't react, and Depp's bodyguards physically removed the actor from the scene.

The lawsuit also claims that the crewmember was sacked when he refused to sign papers saying he wouldn't sue over the incident.

According to the lawsuit, Depp - who allegedly reeked of alcohol - then "maliciously and forcefully" punched Brooks twice in the rib cage and yelled, "I will give you $100,000 to punch me in the face right now".

Depp is also locked in a legal battle that started a year ago with The Management Group (TMG), who counter-sued Depp after the actor sued its principals Joel and Robert Mandel for allegedly collecting millions in fees without his consent.

George Clooney reported hurt in motorcycle crash in Italy
Calls and emails to Clooney's spokesman in regards to the accident weren't immediately returned, according to Associated Press. According to the site, George was said to be hit by a vehicle which suddenly changed direction at a spot close to a hotel.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles on July 6, seeks unspecified damages.

The lawsuit states that a week later, Brooks returned to the production office but was sacked from the film when he refused to sign a declaration stating that he would not sue the production company, Good Film Productions. "You have no right!'" a source told Page Six following the incident, adding that Brooks told Depp "'I'm just doing my job'".

Brooks is suing for assault and battery, infliction of emotional distress and negligence, among other things.

Messages left seeking comment with representatives for Depp and the production company Good Films Productions were not immediately returned.

He is also embroiled in a legal battle with his ex-managers and is suing his former lawyers, claiming they cheated him out of millions of dollars.
