Chris Pratt starred Cowboy Ninja Viking has reportedly been shelved by Universal pictures, Collider reported.

Despite the delay, the movie is still on track to be made, but "the studio delayed the film rather than rushing it out to make the June 28 deadline", according to Variety. Pratt will portray a formidable agent with the fighting skills and personalities of a cowboy, a ninja and a viking.

Cowboy Ninja Viking was due to be the directorial debut of Michelle MacLaren (Game Of Thrones), adapted from the cult comic by A.J. Lieberman and Riley Rossmo.
