The latest video will be debuting on Thursday, August 9th at 11 AM ET / 8 AM PT. The graphics are incredibly well produced, and with a track record as good as Rockstar - players should expect this kind of graphical ability when the game releases.
In a recent company earnings call, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick boasted that Rockstar Games' forthcoming open world title Red Dead Redemption 2 would redefine the gaming industry as we know it, with the companies now finally planning on unveiling actual gameplay for the release. And if all of the previous trailers are any indicator, it will be a stunningly lovely yet brutal ride. In Red Dead Redemption 2, your interactions with people matter.
NYC votes to stop Uber's unchecked growth, give drivers a minimum wage
The first such cap by any major US city was part of a package of measures that also includes setting a minimum wage for drivers. Debt and financial hardship have been blamed for the deaths of six taxi and car-service drivers in the past year .
The video provides a nice, general overview of Red Dead Redemption 2, giving us a peek at fighting, shooting, camp/gang management, character interaction, and, of course, plenty of gorgeous, varied vistas. Accompanied by fellow outlaws John Marston, Bill Williamson, Sadie Adler, Havier Escuella, and a dozen more - you must handle the morals of the life you're living. The game casts players as Arthur Morgan, an outlaw and high-ranking member of the Van der Linde gang. Ultimately though, the most interesting aspect of RDR2 might be it's RPG-like character interactions and camps, where you eat, sleep, socialize and play games. We also might get a quick snippet of Red Dead Redemption 2's anticipated online mode, which promises "new ways to play" and should be monetized similar to GTA Online.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch on October 26th 2018.
