Just mere hours after confirming that Ben Schwartz would be voicing the title character, two more cast members have been confirmed for Paramount's live-action/CG Sonic the Hedgehog film - and they're sure to be recognizable faces to anyone who's seen films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

And if all of the previous trailers are any indicator, it will be a stunningly lovely yet brutal ride. The game casts players as Arthur Morgan, an outlaw and high-ranking member of the Van der Linde gang.
Scwartz, who is now voicing Dewey Duck on Disney Channel's Duck Tales reboot, can next be seen in the Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish comedy Night School. If he can put on a convincing Southern drawl, maybe he'll voice Huckleberry Hound for Hanna-Barbera. Schwartz expressed excitement over voicing the gaming icon and joked about imitating a classic Sonic taunt in preparation for the role.
The actor confirmed that he would play longtime Sonic nemesis Doctor Robotnik, and that he was involved in a live-action capacity, according to a recent report. We're noticing a lot of blue with this one. Former X-Men star and current Westworld actor James Marsden has also signed on to the cast, which will include Tika Sumpter as well. Hopefully we'll be hearing more about this perplexing movie as production continues.
