Andrew Luck is set to take the field on Sunday following a lengthy recovery from shoulder surgery.
During the 2016 offseason, Luck was snowboarding in Colorado and sprained the acromioclavicular (AC) joint in his throwing shoulder, he told the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
From one of the league's top young QBs to a complete injury risk at every turn, Luck can not be too careful now.
Novak Djokovic: The great comeback continues
Never was that more apparent than the game that stood out on this evening: with Djokovic serving while down 4-3 in the second set. The eighth game was an epic, lasting over 20 minutes and featuring eight deuces before Djokovic withstood the pressure to hold.
"I don't snowboard anymore". "I went back, rehabbed it with the Colts".
He said the injury came after and was separate from the torn labrum he suffered early in the 2015 season. I've had a bunch of AC sprains, both left and right shoulder, and resolved that issue.
Luck doesn't believe the AC sprain led to a more hard recovery from surgery, but you can never be entirely sure. "But the labrum has been my issues, was my issue, what I worked through, what I got surgery on". "The labrum is an issue", he said. But that's never been Luck's mode, at times to his detriment, and he was tackled in sort of a half-slide as he reached the first down marker. "I love my teammates".
"I didn't think it was much of a deal".
