Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker Makeup Revealed

Director and writer Todd Phillips posted a new camera test video with sound on his Instagram, which reveals Joaquin Phoenix's Joker makeup.

Now we see what Phoenix will look like after the incident, when he becomes the mad clown.

As recent set images showed off Joaquin Phoenix as "Arthur Fleck," we can guess the Joker seen below will also be spotted on set.

Someone else theorised: "Based on the flashes shown throughout this it looks like make-up he might wear as a part of his comedy act that fails, so I doubt this is the actual Joker make-up". It even reminds us of Heath Ledger's Joker from The Dark Knight, minus the scars.

The forthcoming DC Comics film dives into the backstory of the Joker.

Egypt worldwide Salah, 26, netted 44 times for the Reds last season and was the Premier League's top scorer. Was it already like he finished last season, in the Premier League season especially? No.

Now before we got to see the makeup and the cryptic grin, we simply got a long haired picture of Phoenix.

Since it was initially announced that Joaquin Phoenix would be starring in a stand-alone noir Joker movie, it has been a mixture of "ugh more Joker" and "but it's Joaquin Phoenix so maybe there is hope". Phillips later shared test footage of the character, showing him wearing the makeup that would transform him into Batman's arch-nemesis. Joker is set to release in theaters next October, one month before the release of Wonder Woman 1984. Phillip's version of the film will trace the rise of the Joker from a comedian to the Clown Prince of Crime.

Joker is now in production and is expected to be released next year.

The film's director, David Ayer, revealed the first official photo of Jared Leto as the Joker via Twitter in 2015, and the reaction was immediate and unrelenting.
