The veil that Meghan Markle wore on her wedding day to Prince Harry reportedly included a sweet detail recalling the first date she ever had with her new husband. The ITV film Queen of the World captured Meghan gazing at her gown and veil for the first time since her stunning wedding day. It deals with the queen's role as head of the Commonwealth.
"I'm really over the moon to find out that I would make this choice for our day together", Meghan said in another clip released by HBO. Meghan was confirming that, alongside Prince Harry, she'd continue the work that Queen Elizabeth set out to do all those years ago.
"The whole service was really wonderful and most of all, I just wanted to see my friend be happy and I think that's what happened", she added.
