Prince Andrew shares family photos as royal bridal party confirmed

The wedding of Princess Eugenie, the Queen's granddaughter, and Jack Brooksbank has taken place at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The West Door of St George's chapel was decorated in autumnal splendour ahead of the wedding.

"It's not a public wedding, this is meant to be a family wedding".

Eugenie is the 28-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, and ninth in line for the throne.

Eugenie hinted at the design of her dress in an interview broadcast on ITV earlier Friday, when she spoke about the importance of changing people's conceptions of beauty.

The snaps show Princess Eugenie and groom-to-be Jack Brooksbank as children, and Andrew included a few more recent images.

Kanye West defends support for Trump, in front of Trump
If we can do it a different way, Kanye, I'm totally open but they all - we all agree that we have to do something", Trump said. West sporting a "Make America Great Again" cap as he listens to a question from a reporter at the White House.

As a United Kingdom citizen living in London, I can unequivocally say that not one person has expressed their interest to me in Eugenie and Jack's big day.

Princess Eugenie then met Jack Brooksbank at the altar. They also plan to take a carriage ride through parts of Windsor after the ceremony. Her sister, Princess Beatrice, will be maid of honour.

Just one month after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed their engagement, Princess Eugenie has announced she too will soon be walking down the aisle.

Harry and Meghan's wedding in May, excluding security expenses, cost more than £1.25m, according to figures released by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, a sum later reimbursed by central government. As soon as we announced the wedding, I knew the designer, and the look, straight away. The couple will proceed along the High Street and return to Windsor Castle through Cambridge Gate - a move which echoes the Earl and Countess of Wessex's nuptials.

Like Harry and Meghan, the couple will also say their vows in St. George's Chapel, a masterpiece of the "perpendicular Gothic" style with royal connections dating back to 1475, when construction began under King Edward IV.

The Queen is hosting an afternoon reception afterwards in the castle, while an evening party is expected at the York family home, the Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
