She accused Nana of sexually harassing her while they were rehearsing for an item number of the film Horn Ok Pleassss. Based on her complaint, a case was registered Wednesday night at the suburban Oshiwara Police Station against Patekar, Acharya, the film's producer Samee Siddhiqui and director Rakesh Sarang.

"In between the shots, there were around 100 supporting staff including junior artists, dancers and others and Nana Patekar, against my will and consent, started grabbing me by the arms and pushing me around on the pretext of teaching me how to dance, even though he is not the choreographer. he was touching (me) indecently and unnecessary in front of everybody, but nobody objected and all were complicit in this behavior by being silent spectators", she alleges.

She further said before shooting the song on the sets of the film Horn Ok Pleasss, which was supposed to be a solo song picturised only on her, she had clearly mentioned that she will not enact or perform any lewd, vulgar or uncomfortable steps. The four persons have been booked under section 354 (molestation) and 509 (Word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code late on Wednesday night.

She said she had complained to Ganesh Acharya but was forced to do scenes which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately. Tanushreeís lawyer Nitin Satpute who accompanied her said that the statement of Tanushree Dutta has been recorded in English so that she can understand the language.

"The complainant has stated that more than 100 people were present on the set at the time when the offence took place".
