Fans react to Diablo Immortal like disrespectful edgelords at BlizzCon 2018's Q&A

Diablo Immortal is the mobile Diablo game nobody asked for

Blizzard announces Diablo Immortal for mobile devices, opens pre-registration

It will include touch controls which will allow players to begin an ability, charge it up, aim it, and fire it from just a single thumb input.

Familiar character classes like the Barbarian, Necromancer, Demon Hunter, Wizard, Crusader, and my boy the Monk return for loot-earning heroics. Whether you're testing yourself against new difficulty settings, playing through the epic story campaign, searching for the ideal skill combo, expanding your collection of gear, racing through random dungeons, or traveling Sanctuary anew each season, you'll always have a fresh challenge to seek out. Players will work out of Westmarch, a social hub where players can meet and show off their armor. Diablo Immortal is being developed by Blizzard in collaboration with NetEase, the studio behind PUBG clone Rules of Survival.

The game will launch with nine outdoor zones.

People are still speculating that we'll receive an official announcement from Blizzard during the events held at Blizzcon sometime this week. On its site, Blizzard says Diablo Immortal will let players explore Sanctuary "in a persistent, always-online adventure anywhere, anytime".

Dead in Attack on Coptic Christian Pilgrims in Egypt
Egypt's Copts have in the past accused the authorities of making only token gestures to protect them from such attacks. Two monks, one of whom has been defrocked, are on trial for the killing of the abbot, Bishop Epiphanius.

Arguably, it's the most unique-looking third-party amiibo yet - featuring a red base and a design that does not perfectly match the original creature in the game.

If you think I'm being a bit bombastic with my initial rhetoric over Diablo Immortal, the cinematic trailer above is now sitting at less than 5% likes at the time of this post going live. The pre-registration is live now for Android and coming soon for iOS.

The wound is still very fresh for those expecting Diablo 4 so this early dislike towards the game might cool down in the coming days, weeks and months.
