Background: The Galaxy A series is among the four handset lineups that will survive Samsung's efforts to merge its smartphone offerings. However now, the latest reports claim that Samsung Galaxy A50 will carry a massive 4,000 mAh battery. Samsung's smallest Galaxy S10 next year, the Lite model, will have a screen even bigger than the Galaxy S7 edge, and that's because Samsung has developed technology that allows it to extend the display from corner to corner, just like Apple did with all its iPhone X versions. The phone will boast a dual primary camera with a resolution of 24 MP, which will receive the support of the blur effect of the background, and, in addition, support double the optical zoom without loss of quality.

A new leak supplies more information about the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A50. Previous rumours that the A50 would pack a 5000mAh battery have now been denied; it seems it will pack a 4000mAh one instead. Early 2018 brought us the first smartphones to feature in-display fingerprint sensors, with multiple such devices launching in the second half of the year. The M Series will also be a mid-range series. It is also not clear if a notch or a display hole will host the front-facing camera of the smartphone.

It will be powered by the company's own Exynos 9610 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage.
