Behold leaked media-grade renders of the Nokia 9 PureView

HMD Global is expected to launch the new phone at the end of January 2019. Coming to penta-lens setup, the video reveals that all five sensors can work simultaneously.

The only other thing we can deduce from this render is that the Nokia 9 PureView will be powered by Android One, like most other Nokia handsets from HMD Global.

Earlier today, leakster extraordinaire Evan Blass had shared a press render to reveal the front and rear designs of the Nokia 9 PureView. It is also rumoured that it will have a 4,150mAh battery, which is more than the Galaxy Note9 but slightly smaller than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Like other Nokia phones, the Nokia 9 PureView will be an Android One smartphone that will deliver stock Android experience. The newly leaked official looking picture also shows the same.

The Nokia 9 PureView will not be a notched display like some of the recently launched Nokia phones like Nokia 8.1, Nokia 7.1 and the rest.

If we look at their current crop of devices, Nokia still has a long road ahead in terms of photography. As it will be part of the Android One program, expect the phone to come with Android 9 Pie and boast fast upgrades to future versions of the OS when they release.

We had been treated with several leaks and photos of the Nokia 9 from industry sources and mobile tipsters. It seems the Nokia 9 PureView will run this year's Snapdragon 845 chipset and not Qualcomm's next-gen Snapdragon 855 processor. "The display is said to be a 5.99" AMOLED panel that pushes a Quad HD+ resolution in an 18:9 aspect ratio.

First and foremost the penta-camera setup was made with the help of Zeiss, a Germany-based company that makes lenses for smartphones, cameras and even NASA.
