However, former Norwich City star Dublin seems to think that he would be a great signing for the west London club.

He said: "I spoke with the club and the club knows very well my opinion".

Regardless of Hudson-Odoi's future, Sarri has recommended Chelsea sign two new players to bolster his squad.

Such comments are against competition rules for Premier League clubs, but Salihamidzic's words alone are not enough to fall foul of FIFA's regulations. The club knows my opinion.

"In my opinion we need two players and then it depends on the club's decision, I think".

Higuain has not enjoyed his time at AC Milan, where he is now on loan from Juventus, and would welcome a move to west London.

Police reportedly called after R. Kelly spotted at Chicago night club
Kelly was celebrating his 52nd birthday Wednesday night, amid renewed focus on sexual abuse allegations against the R&B superstar. However, police said no one was arrested, and there is not an ongoing criminal investigation of Kelly.

While Sarri has been very open about the fact he has little say over transfers at Stamford Bridge, the Italian coach is expected to at least let his club hierarchy know what positions he feels his side need strengthening in.

On Fabregas, Sarri repeated his belief the midfielder should be allowed to go, adding: "I need a replacement, but I don't need a very important player like Cesc unhappy here".

"At the moment Morata is here, so I think he has to think only to play".

Sarri said: "We need to solve this problem".

Malcom, 21, ticks all the boxes for what Sarri needs in a winger and has more potential than 30-year-old Willian.

Willian was on Thursday linked with Barcelona, but Sarri ruled out the prospect of the Brazilian departing this month. Lampard has admired Hudson-Odoi's performances from afar and hopes the England Under-19 worldwide is still a Chelsea player when the January transfer window closes.
